Calling all Marilyn fans!!

In a little less than two months, it will be the 50th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe’s death. On August 5, 1962 Marilyn Monroe passed away much to young, and left a void in a grieving nations heart. Now, nearly fifty years later, people from all over the globe celebrate her and the life she lived. You can find memorabilia, quotes, pictures and more on Marilyn. Practically anywhere you go, you will find merchandise with her beautiful face or name in fancy scroll on it.

And though so much time has passed, one truth still remains ~ you either want to be Marilyn or you want to be with her. This truth is even stronger today than it was fifty years ago. She is THE one icon that knows no bounds. All generations, ethnicities, classes, etc of people celebrate her life, and not just in the U.S. Fan groups are all over the world ~ from China to Australia to Great Britain.

Many, many, many of these people, coming from all over, are planning to make the pilgrimage to Los Angeles, California to celebrate the life of Marilyn Monroe. Will you be among them? Below are a few fan clubs that we are familiar with and know that they are planning many events over August 4, 5 and 6th in honor of Marilyn Monroe.

  1. Her life was entirely too short. I respect Marilyn and have learned so much more from being involved, with wonderful friends. Marilyn was a very misunderstood person. Some people really don’t know what a smart, intelligent, lovable, witty person, Marilyn really was. Marilyn, has a lot in common with a her fans, of any era. All she was looking for was for someone to really love her. With that my friends, I’m going to give
    a piece of my heart to my best buddies, Tamy and Kym, to take with them. This will my gift to celebrate the life of such a talented woman!
